Who can benefit
- University or master's graduates registered on the official list.
- Non-EU nationals with minimum education level (bachelor's, master's, doctorate).
- Students who completed their studies less than 90 days ago.
International graduates

You cannot work during this visa, but you CAN undertake internships with an agreement. After 10 months you can transition to a regular work permit or immediately if you are highly qualified.
Submit form EX-01 and documentation through the immigration portal 60 days before or 90 days after your student NIE expires.
Within 20 days the immigration office issues a resolution. If there is no response within that period, it is automatically considered approved.
Request an appointment at the police station for fingerprint registration. Approximately one month later you can collect your residence card.
After 10 months: You can transition to work permit as self-employed or employee, without sector limitations.
Highly qualified worker: With a minimum salary of €40,000 (research) or €54,000 (management), you can transition immediately.
